EagleDesk is built so that your work never reaches us. Here is exactly what is kept where, and what EagleDesk connects to.

Cloudeation Technologies LLC, 116 Village Blvd, Suite #200, Princeton, NJ 08540, USA ("Cloudeation") is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@eagledesk.app.
EagleDesk runs locally. The following are stored in your own EagleDesk data folder and are never sent to us: stories and their discussion, proposed and deployed code, test cases, evidence and screenshots, notes, attachments, backups, settings, logs and your license key. Logins for Salesforce are kept by the Salesforce CLI on your computer; tokens for Jira and Azure DevOps are kept in your system's password store.
| Your Salesforce orgs | To read and – only with your approval – change the orgs you connect. Directly between your computer and Salesforce. |
| Jira, Azure DevOps, Copado | Only if you connect them: to import stories and, when you choose, update them. |
| Your AI provider | The AI features work through an AI service you sign up for. What you ask, and the parts of your org and code the AI reads to answer, are sent to that provider under your account and its privacy terms – not to us. |
| Salesforce status page | To show whether your org's Salesforce instance has an incident (Know your Org). |
| GitHub | To check for and download EagleDesk updates. GitHub sees a normal web request from your computer (its IP address), as when visiting any website. |
None of these connections go through Cloudeation's servers.
To deliver and support what you bought, send license keys and receipts, answer you, and tell you about important changes to EagleDesk or your subscription. We don't sell personal data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it. We'll only send product news if you ask for it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Only the services that help us run the business: our payment provider, our email provider, and for in-app feedback Cloudflare (which passes the ticket on) and GitHub (where tickets are kept, in a private repository only our team can see) - each bound to protect it. We disclose data if the law requires it.
Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (7 years). Support and feedback emails and tickets (with their screenshots) for up to 2 years after the conversation ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it for a purpose. Write to support@eagledesk.app and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights and can complain to your data protection authority.
Data on your own computer is fully under your control: uninstalling EagleDesk and deleting its data folder removes it.
EagleDesk is a professional tool and isn't meant for children under 16.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and for significant changes announce it on this site and in the app first.
