The agreement between you and Cloudeation for using EagleDesk. Written to be read, not just accepted.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This summary helps you read the terms below; the full terms are what apply.
EagleDesk is made by Cloudeation Technologies LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, 116 Village Blvd, Suite #200, Princeton, NJ 08540, USA ("Cloudeation", "we", "us"). These terms cover the EagleDesk desktop application, its updates, the website eagledesk.app and any support we give (together, "EagleDesk"). By installing or using EagleDesk you agree to these terms. If you use EagleDesk for an employer or a client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that use.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EagleDesk on computers you use, for as long as these terms allow: the free features without time limit, the Pro features during a trial or an active subscription.
You may not: copy EagleDesk other than to install and back it up; sell, rent or sublicense it; reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows this despite this restriction; remove or work around license checks, trial limits or safety checks; or use EagleDesk to build a competing product.
EagleDesk includes open-source components, which are licensed under their own terms. Nothing here limits your rights under those licenses.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record where stated at checkout and applies its own terms to the payment.
Everything you create or bring into EagleDesk – stories, code, fixes, test evidence, notes – is yours. EagleDesk stores it on your computer and does not send it to us. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what EagleDesk connects to.
You are responsible for: having permission to connect each Salesforce org, work tracking tool and AI service you use with EagleDesk; following your employer's and clients' rules about tools, data and AI; and keeping your own backups of anything important.
EagleDesk works with services we don't control, such as Salesforce, Jira, Azure DevOps, Copado, GitHub and your AI provider. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or behaviour. Product names are trademarks of their owners; EagleDesk isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. EagleDesk checks for updates and only installs one when you run the installer. We may change these terms; if a change is significant we'll announce it on this page and in the app before it applies. Continuing to use EagleDesk after that means you accept the new terms.
EagleDesk is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise EagleDesk will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI output will be correct.
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, including from deployments or data changes made with EagleDesk. Our total liability for any claim related to EagleDesk is limited to the amount you paid us for EagleDesk in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
You can stop using EagleDesk and uninstall it at any time. We may end your license if you seriously break these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 11 continue after this agreement ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
